About Will Njobvu

Best known for his work on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, The Masked Singer: Unmasked, Channel 5’s Jeremy Vine, and BBC Two’s Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two, Will has become a familiar face on British screens. Off screen, he is equally respected as a speaker on diversity, inclusion, neurodiversity, and LGBTQ+ rights, drawing on powerful personal experiences of racism, homophobia, mental health struggles, and resilience. With over 8 million monthly TikTok views and a hit podcast, he also brings deep insight into digital branding, leadership, and the power of social media.

Television & Media Career

Will has collaborated with leading broadcasters and global platforms including Netflix UK, where in 2024 he hosted coverage of Love Is Blind UK as backstage correspondent for the reunion show and red-carpet host for the grand finale in London. He also fronted Netflix’s new reality TV reunion show in South Africa and worked with Channel 4 on the launch premiere of Married At First Sight UK.

His presenting credits include ITV2’s The Masked Singer: Unmasked, FYI Daily, and Love Island Aftersun, as well as BBC Africa’s children’s show What’s New?. In early 2023, his Channel 4 documentary Life After Love Island became the highest-performing episode of the network’s Untold series, attracting over 2.5 million viewers. He has also appeared as a panelist on The Apprentice: You’re Fired, Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two, and I’m A Celebrity: The Daily Drop.

Event Hosting & Live Stages

Will is an engaging and charismatic live host, known for his ability to energise diverse audiences. He has served as lead host of Pride in London’s Trafalgar Square main stage, introducing global stars including Rita Ora, Adam Lambert, and Bebe Rexha. He is also a sought-after corporate host, having fronted events for TikTok, NatWest, MediaCom, LinkedIn, and The British Heart Foundation.

Advocacy & Personal Journey

Will’s journey has been shaped by resilience and authenticity. Diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse at 22, he became a vocal advocate for heart health and works closely with the British Heart Foundation, most recently hosting their Young Heart Hero Awards. His BBC documentary Sudden Cardiac Deaths highlighted the impact of undetected conditions.

He has spoken openly about living with depression and the challenges of coming out as gay in 2022, despite facing threats. Having experienced bullying at school and racism within the television industry, Will is a powerful voice on diversity, inclusion, equality and  LGBTQ+ rights. More recently, his diagnosis of ADHD has inspired him to speak on neurodiversity, helping audiences better understand and support different ways of thinking.

Digital Entrepreneurship

As a digital entrepreneur, Will has launched one of TikTok’s most popular pop culture podcasts, Reality, which attracts more than 7 million views a month. His witty take on entertainment news and exclusive interviews with reality TV stars have cemented his reputation as a Gen Z voice. Beyond entertainment, he delivers talks on digital strategy, leadership, and building a high-performance personal brand in today’s online-first world.
