About Jordan Lee
Jordan Lee has interviewed the likes of Ed Sheeran, Doja Cat, Dua Lipa, Kylie Minogue and Lizzo, with his passion for breaking music and bringing it to the masses making for some of the most intimate chats in the industry. To combat mental health struggles of his listeners during lockdown, Jordan created one-off shows like ‘Where’s Your Head At,’ a mental health takeover answering listeners questions with an expert.
Jordan’s commitment to championing queer rights and visibility led to him being deeply involved in the creation of Hits Radio Pride, the first national commercial LGBTQ+ station in the UK and now wakes up the nation Loud and Proud on Hits Radio Pride Breakfast. He’s had conversations with titans like Kim Petras, Lil Nas X and Olly Alexander, pairing these with emerging artists like Emily Burns, L. Devine and Rina Sawayama in multiple formats both on-air and online. He’s also hosted the main stages of London, Manchester and Birmingham Pride.
Furthermore, his talents expand further than just radio. A trained contemporary ballet dancer, Jordan hosted the National Ballet’s Emerging Dancer awards, and as a tech-lover, he also featured on Channel 5’s The Gadget Show as a tech reviewer. His brand collaborations include Three Fold Seltzer, Skoda, New Balance and Intersport, while his DJing skills have seen him play sets at arenas in Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham for Hits Live, Mighty Hoopla in London, and Brighton and London Pride. He was also invited to open for Craig David on his latest TS5 tour.
Jordan took over as host of the award-winning Heat’s Love Island: Under The Duvet in 2019, seeing record audiences and creating headlines across the UK and beyond. His ability to bring down the guard of interviewees has created some wild moments with Islanders old and new, and has led to massive social moments for heat across Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. This year, Jordan guested on The Morning After, the official Love Island podcast, and has also supported BAFTAs Young Presenter initiative.
