Transitioning whilst still a serving prison officer in 2021, Jax uses his wealth of experience to inspire, motivate and encourage people from all walks of life to find and most importantly live their own truth.

Jax’s message is not about gender, it is about life and showing every individual that you have the power to be 100% authentic within yourself, if only you decide to look yourself in the mirror and do the things that scare you more than anything.

By being open and honest about his journey, allowing people to make mistakes and really showing the power in vulnerability, he is giving people all over the world the belief and courage to change their own lives.

Jax is passionate about becoming the visibility he needed so much as a child, not only in terms of transitioning but in realising that living your truth is the most powerful thing in the world.

Visibility is the very thing that shows others their life is worth living and to never give up. Once close to cutting his own life short, Jax is determined to prove to everyone around him that life is too precious to live a lie and put yourself through pain and fear instead of simply being yourself.

Working on a complex psychological unit within a prison environment, Jax has inspired the most hopeless of men to realise it is never too late to change your life. He spent 27 years looking for something and he found it in himself.
