Dr. Grace Lordan is the Founding Director of The Inclusion Initiative (TII) at the London School of Economics (LSE) and an Associate Professor of Behavioural Science. With a PhD in Economics and a background in computer science, Grace specializes in the future of work, inclusive leadership, and advancing women’s careers in the labour market.
