Shehab has conducted major interviews with several world leaders and senior politicians including Rishi Sunak and three other British Prime Ministers.

He also has a strong social media following, attracting millions of views each month on his TikTok account and was the co-host of the ITV News podcast “Calling Peston”.

Hired as the youngest staff reporter at The Independent, Shehab has won several awards for his journalism. He spent time based at the European Parliament covering Brexit and was a regular commentator representing the organisation on the BBC, Sky News and LBC.
