About Paul McKenna

Paul McKenna combines psychology, hypnotherapy and behavioural sciences to change the way that people think. He is known for his incredibly popular stage shows which play at venues usually reserved for rock concerts. He broke all records by selling out The Royal Albert Hall when he put on the largest show of stage hypnosis in the world.

Biography

Paul McKenna is credited with giving the hypnotic show a whole new image, combining the intrigue of the scientific with the glamour of the mysterious. In 1994, Paul won the award for Best London Show as well as the prestigious The Television And Radio Industries Club (T.R.I.C) Award for Best TV Newcomer.

He is also an acclaimed author, having sold over 10 million copies of his titles such as Stop Smoking For Good, Slim Now and Eliminate Stress.

Paul’s television series ‘The Hypnotic World of Paul McKenna’ proved a huge success for ITV with over twelve million viewers nationwide, and over 200 million viewers in 42 countries across the globe. Paul also devised and presented a series on the paranormal for Carlton TV. As well as his television projects Paul has also written two books which spent weeks on the bestseller list, as well as many other self-help books. Paul, however, has put his powers to more use than just entertainment; he is in great demand as a motivational speaker. He regularly presented training sessions with Dr Richard Bandler, who also taught Anthony Robbins – one of America’s leading motivational speaker. Paul’s training sessions have their own unique style, blending humour, fascinating insights and demonstrations in a way that captivates his audience. Paul has worked with Olympic Gold Medallists, World Champion Sports people and top business achievers to help them succeed.

As a hypnotist, Paul McKenna helps you to understand how to run your own brain. Many scientists have compared the human brain to a computer, but if that is true, its only as good as the ‘programmes’ that run it. Paul helps you to understand how to install positive new ‘software’ in your brain using simple and highly effective visualisation techniques.
