Testimonials
"Michaela was very professional, arriving on time, asking for a brief and following the brief. More importantly Michaela is very knowledgeable, natural and a very engaging speaker who is down to earth and can easily relate to everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her."

"Michaela spoke honestly to our clients about he journey as an Entrepreneur starting up her businesses, along with the pitfalls along the way. As Michaela currently runs a successful marketing business, she was also there to be able to give our clients some really good advice and take away tips for them to easily implement themselves moving forward. The session was really interactive, with some excellent questions coming forward to Michaela, and her advice will be very beneficial to so many on the session. The feedback from our client has been excellent, they have said that Michaela is honest and down to earth with expert knowledge around her industry. They all felt that Michaela was inspirational with a real positive outlook on the current climate."

"We were looking for a key note speaker for International Women’s Day who would represent some of the challenges women face in our industry. As a major business in the utilities arena, we have a lot of commonalities with construction in terms of the culture, embedded ways of thinking, and the fact that it is seen as a traditionally male environment. Michaela was the obvious choice to be able to speak about her experiences, both as a woman in a male dominated industry, but also as someone who is actively working to challenge the ideologies that perpetuate this culture."
Morrison Water Services
"Our Women’s network was searching for a, driven, engaging speaker, who understood the Construction sector for a lunch time event. The speaker needed to be personable, honest and down to earth. Michaela was the absolute obvious choice. The minute she spoke the entire group was captivated by her journey and her passion. My inbox has overflowed today with positive feedback from colleagues (both male and female) who feel further inspired and encouraged to support Women in Construction, all because of Michaela’s words and message."
Kate Hopkins
"I would definitely recommend using Michaela as a speaker as she is able to articulate issues well and actively provides ideas and suggestions on how to solve these. Michaela engaged with the panel of interviews and conversed with ease really allowing them to feel comfortable to ask for specific advice they wanted on issues they have faced. Michaela discussed obstacles that she has faced within her career and how she over came these which provided a great example for young professionals."

"We are running a women in construction support group across water commercial in our business in which I was keen to get external people involve. After connecting with Michaela and having a few clubhouse sessions I found her so inspiring and wanted to share her story and expertise with my team. The session was great an informal q&a with lots of great pointers and recommendations and Michaela had no problems answering any of our questions. Would definitely recommend."
