Lucy Faulks-Barnard studied Positive Psychology and Resilience on Dr Martin Seligman’s resiliency programme at the University of Pennsylvania.
She is also a Co-Active Certified Coach, with years of experience coaching top executives in high powered and high-pressured roles.
Lucy combines positive psychology interventions and tools, with coaching skills and mindfulness techniques to deliver effective solutions that are anchored in evidence-based practices.
Lucy started the online platform, Technotox, to support emotional wellbeing and promote good mental health Technotox shares tools, insights, knowledge and exercises to educate, inspire and arm readers with practical tips to support wellbeing, build resilience and boost happiness.
Lucy is currently training to be a couple’s counsellor and psychotherapist at the world-renowned Tavistock Relationships Institute.
