About Austin Healey

During a distinguished rugby career, Austin earned 51 caps for England and toured twice with the British & Irish Lions. He played a pivotal role for the Leicester Tigers, winning two European Cups and earning a reputation as one of the most dynamic backs of the modern era.

After hanging up his boots, Austin transitioned into the world of finance with Credit Suisse before building a successful broadcasting career. He has since become a familiar face on television, appearing on Strictly Come Dancing, Hole in the Wall, and The Big Tackle, as well as serving as a rugby analyst and presenter for BT Sport, ESPN, and ITV.

Off-screen, Austin is a natural storyteller and an in-demand after-dinner speaker and event host. From sporting lessons in leadership and teamwork to tales of grit under pressure, his talks are high-energy, humorous, and packed with practical insight. He also speaks on high performance, personal reinvention, and navigating change, helping audiences translate sporting excellence into business success.
