Alex Payne
Alex Payne is an experienced rugby broadcaster and a live event host. He is perhaps best known for being the former lead anchor on Sky Sports Rugby Union coverage, having presented the coverage of England internationals, the Heineken Cup and the Tri-Nations. Payne is now an incredible conference speaker and event host.

Alex Payne has hosted numerous live events for the likes of Société Générale, HSBC, QBE, Heineken, Help for Heroes and the NSPCC.
Over the course of his career, Alex has covered three Lions tours, fronted England beating the All Blacks at Twickenham and anchored the Aviva Premiership. He has also anchored Guinness Pro 12, European Cup and Super Rugby finals. Alex has interviewed everybody from Jonny to Johnno via the late, great Jonah.
When away from the make-up and the cameras, Alex is a regular host of live events. These include the 2015 World Rugby Awards, the RPA Awards and testimonial dinners for World Cup winner Jason Robinson and England captain Chris Robshaw. He has compered conference days for the likes of DAC Beachcroft and O2 as well as corporate events for many others. He is happy to admit that he is living his dream.
The O2 Inside Line for the RFU is another show that Alex has presented, which takes England fans inside the camp during international weeks. As well as rugby he has presented poker and tennis on Sky, including the US Open final, and spent five years on Sky Sports News.
Alongside former England rugby players James Haskell and Mike Tindall MBE, Alex also hosts the popular podcast ‘The Good, The Bad and The Rugby’.
