About Sebastian Terry

Sebastian Terry, after setting off to backpack the world, received a phone call informing him that one of his childhood best friends, Chris, had tragically passed away. It was at that moment that realised that things needed to change, and he was propelled to write a list of 100 things that he hoped would bring him happiness and purpose. Seb has now ticked off over three quarters of his list, and inspires his audiences to do the same.

Biography

Sebastian Terry uses his story of personal loss and his subsequent 100things list to help his audiences make changes in their own personal and professional lives. He is renowned for delivering action-based keynotes and messages that integrate goal-setting and accountability as a vehicle for collective evolution.

When we write down a goal, it has been proven that we are 42% more likely to complete it. Seb has successfully turned this into his very own ‘Live Your List’ philosophy, which he applies to his life day in, day out. Sebastian has turned this ethos into a bestselling book, a TV show and a corporate wellness program. But, it is his keynote speeches that have given some of the world’s leading brands and their employees the foundational pillar for personal development and professional growth like never before.

Over the past ten years, Seb has worked with organisations such as hp, McDonalds, KMPG and many more.
