About Zoe Lyons

Zoe’s shows, often laced with amusing anecdotes and observations on life’s absurdities, have solidified her status as a standout performer. The Guardian praised her ability to delight any crowd.

Regularly featured on Radio 4, Zoe’s voice is a familiar one, contributing to shows like “The News Quiz,” “Just a Minute,” “The Unbelievable Truth,” and “The Now Show.” She also created her four-part series “Passport Paddy.” Her radio presence extends to guest appearances on Absolute Radio, notably on “The Frank Skinner Show” and “The Jason Manford Show.”

In addition to her radio work, Zoe co-hosts the podcast “Let’s Talk About The Husband” with comedian Stephen Bailey, where they discuss life lessons drawn from reality TV, a genre Stephen avidly follows.

Zoe’s television career is not limited to comedy and cooking shows; she has also participated in various celebrity quiz shows, including “University Challenge,” “Pointless,” and “Mastermind,” with Quentin Crisp and Jacques Cousteau as her chosen specialist subjects in the latter. Her influence and prominence were recognised when she was listed among the 101 most influential lesbian and gay individuals in the Independent’s Pink List.
