Sofie Hagen
Sofie Hagen is a London-based Danish multi-award winning comedian, podcaster, and activist. In 2015, Sofie won the Best Newcomer award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for her debut show Bubblewrap. She followed this up with the critically acclaimed sell-out shows Shimmer Shatter, Dead Baby Frog, and The Bumswing. As well as being an in-demand speaker on topics such as gender, inclusivity and fat acceptance, Sofie is also a first-class awards and events host.

Sofie Hagen published her debut book “Happy Fat” in 2019 and is the creator and host of the wildly successful podcast Made of Human. Further to this, she has hosted several other successful podcasts including The Guilty Feminist and Comedians Telling Stuff.
Sofie Hagen began her career touring comedy clubs and quickly became one of the leading names on the circuit, winning the Chortle Best Newcomer Award in 2014. As the founder and host of the popular podcast Who Hurt You, Sofie has conducted interviews with prominent experts on several topical issues. Guests have included Rabia Chaudry, Andi Osho, Tigress Osborn, and David Morgan, among others.
Furthermore, Sofie has made appearances on prominent TV shows including The Nightly Show, Comedy Central Live, ITV News and Channel 4’s Outsiders.
Identifying as nonbinary and pansexual, Sofie uses the pronouns she/he/they. She is an in-demand speaker and panellist on Diversity and feminism as well as a hilarious event host.
