Jayde Adams’ debut Edinburgh Fringe hour Jayde 31 was nominated for Best Newcomer, whilst her hugely successful, critically acclaimed 5-star Edinburgh Fringe show ‘The Ballad of Kylie Jenner’s Old Face’ was filmed and released worldwide on Amazon Prime and was renamed Serious Black Jumper and has amassed over 200million views online.
A regular on our screens, Jayde was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing 2022 where her body positive Cha Cha Cha to Flashdance went global. She is the host of Channel 4’s, high-concept food show Crazy Delicious, and the co-host of the channel’s culinary BAFTA nominated entertainment series Snackmasters.
Jayde Adams received the Edinburgh Fringe Best Newcomer award in 2016 and the Funny Women Award for Best Female Comedy Performance in the same year. Recognised by Dawn French as the “3rd funniest woman in the world,” her Amazon Prime Special, “Serious Black Jumper,” garnered over 200 million views and received an Emmy long-listing in 2021.
Other acting credits include roles in “Borderline” (2016), “Sicknote” (2017), “Good Omens” (2019), “The Outlaws” (2020), and leading roles in “The Greatest Days” (2023), a musical film featuring Take That’s music, and “The Fence” (2021).
