Natalia Cohen
Natalia Cohen knows first-hand what it takes to chart a course and execute a plan in a high performing team. In January 2016, she became part of the first all-female team to row unsupported across the Pacific Ocean. Natalia and the crew completed the extraordinary challenge setting two world records and gaining an international following. This was a journey of just under 9,000 miles from San Francisco to Australia in a 29ft ocean rowing boat.

Natalia, a transformational travel advocate with two decades of unparalleled experience spanning over 70 countries, is a testament to embracing the unknown and thriving amidst uncertainty. With a rich tapestry of experiences in the travel industry, including Adventure Tour Leading, Super Yacht operations, Safari Eco-Lodge and Destination management, teaching and project coordination, Natalia’s career is as diverse as the landscapes she’s traversed.
