About Kriti Sharma

Recognised as a key influencer in technology, Kriti has been featured in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 for her advancements in AI and on Recode’s 100 List of Key Influencers in Technology in 2017. Her impactful work in ethical technology earned her an invitation to the Obama Foundation Summit as a Civic Leader. She is also a Google Anita Borg Scholar and has provided expert testimony on AI policy to the UK Parliament’s House of Lords.

Before founding AI for Good, Kriti was the VP of Artificial Intelligence at major FTSE 100 companies, including Barclays and Sage. In 2018, she was appointed a United Nations Young Leader at the General Assembly and serves as an adviser to the UN Technology Innovation Labs.

While much of Silicon Valley is preoccupied with dystopian scenarios where AI could dominate humanity, Kriti’s primary concern is ensuring disadvantaged groups have a voice in the technology we create.
