About Josh Patterson
Josh Patterson began setting himself extreme physical challenges back in 2018, starting with the Berlin Marathon. After a close friend was paralysed from the waist down, Josh decided to complete the Berlin Marathon in a wheelchair. Following this, he went on to complete a world’s first by becoming the only able-bodied person to travel from John O’Groats to Lands’ End using a wheelchair. He completed this in a miraculous 19 days.
Josh Patterson has built a profile as one of the most loved and trusted broadcasters on UK television. He has amassed a following of over 400,000 on Instagram.
As well as his sporting achievements, Josh is a huge advocate for mental health. He soon realised that the challenges he faced in his extreme physical challenges were not only physical endeavours, but served as a foundation to discuss and destigmatise men’s mental health too.
Most recently, Josh has officially become an Ultra Athlete, achieving another world first by completing four marathons in a 24-hour period across the four nations of the UK.
A sought-after brand ambassador, Josh has worked with a huge array of brands across the lifestyle, fitness and nutrition industries. He has partnered and worked with leading names such as Vivo Life, Adidas and Breitling.
