About Butzi
A graduate of the Sorbonne in Economics, Johannes Alinhac took an unexpected turn early in his career — travelling solo through Latin America before returning to France to become… a magician. What began as passion quickly became profession. He has performed at the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood and in London’s West End, mastering the art of illusion, attention and audience engagement.
Butzi’s fascination with illusion evolved into something deeper: understanding how perception shapes possibility. He began designing bespoke illusions for brands and corporate clients, exploring how the principles of magic mirror the principles of innovation.
Alongside his creative career, Butzi built two companies and authored The Magic of Crazytivity, a book exploring the shared mindset of magicians and entrepreneurs. The concept of “Crazytivity” — the courage to think differently and act boldly — launched his international speaking career.
Today, Butzi is recognised as a leading voice on AI-augmented creativity and hybrid intelligence. His keynote speeches are accessible, optimistic and highly actionable, helping teams:
