Baroness Morrissey’s leadership has consistently demonstrated how vision, performance, and values can coexist at the highest levels of business.

In 2010, Helena founded the 30% Club, a groundbreaking global campaign to increase female representation on corporate boards. What began as an ambitious initiative has evolved into a worldwide movement, transforming boardroom diversity across multiple continents. Today, women occupy over 40% of FTSE350 board positions, with more than twenty 30% Clubs operating internationally.

Helena continues to hold a highly influential presence across financial services. She serves as Chair of three financial services companies, including:

  • A private equity-backed enterprise
  • A partnership firm (from January 2025)

She is also a director of All Perspectives Ltd, the holding company of GB News, and sits on the boards of McKinsey Investment Office and CT Group.

Her commitment to education and financial literacy is reflected in her role as Chair of Britain’s largest school endowment fund, helping to shape long-term investment strategies for future generations.

A respected media voice, Helena is a regular columnist for the Daily Telegraph, where she makes complex financial and leadership issues accessible to a wide audience. She also leads The Diversity Project, driving meaningful cultural change across the investment industry and championing truly inclusive workplaces.

Helena’s outstanding leadership has been recognised internationally. She has been named one of Fortune’s ‘50 Greatest Leaders’ and appointed a Life Peer in the House of Lords, reflecting her impact across business, policy, and society.

Whether addressing boardrooms or large-scale conferences, Helena combines strategic insight with personal warmth, delivering compelling messages that inspire leaders to take action and create lasting change.
