Andrew Davis
Andrew Davis helps organisations transform their business development, communication and marketing activities through digital platforms. He has delivered talks to corporate clients such as KPMG, Tesco, o2 and The Royal Mail.
About Andrew Davis
Andrew Davis shows how a ‘digital lens’ can attract new business and improve relationships with existing customers, while answering the most popular question in social media right now: ‘So What?’. He has brought his skills into consultancy, high-end strategic workshops and development while creating a number of strategic frameworks to give organisations a simple plan with actionable steps forward.
Andrew’s digital career spans over twenty years, moderating chatrooms for Pop Idol, producing shows for the digital station BBC Radio 1Xtra and as part of the team that saw the rise (and fall) of Myspace.com. He is often asked to speak on Myspace’s meteoric rise and subsequent failure.
He launched the visionary Social Media Fundamentals Program, to international acclaim. The controversial initiative was the UK’s first social media course designed to improve numeracy and literacy and was connected to GCSE English coursework. Andrew also sat on the Ofcom Advisory committee for England for four years, where he ensured a strong focus on innovation, technology and diversity.
Testimonials
"Andrew was amazing!! We’ve never seen the Graduates so engaged for so long & that’s testament to his content and delivery! He incorporated laughter into the session which was great but landed some strong pieces of actionable advice and takeaways, especially when it comes to how we communicate impact internally and how we use LinkedIn to build a personal brand."
