About Amar Latif
As a motivational speaker, Amar has delivered powerful keynotes worldwide, including the United Nations, Goldman Sachs and Lloyds Banking Group. His talks explore overcoming adversity, leadership through change and embracing difference, all brought to life through compelling personal stories that inspire audiences to think differently.
Amar rose to fame on BBC2’s Beyond Boundaries, a 220-mile jungle expedition across Central America, where he climbed volcanoes and crossed rivers alongside other disabled adventurers. He later became the first blind contestant on Celebrity MasterChef, reaching the semi-finals, and starred in the acclaimed BBC documentary Travelling Blind with Sara Pascoe.
A successful businessman, Amar is the founder of Traveleyes, the world’s first commercial tour operator for blind and sighted travellers. For this pioneering work, he received the Stelios Disabled Entrepreneur Award and was named one of the world’s Outstanding Young Persons by the Chamber of Commerce International.
