How to book a conference speaker

Step 1 – Client supplies the event brief

Add any timings you may already have, the venue if confirmed, the theme, whether it will be ticketed or free to attend, if there will be any recording of the event, and if so where this will be uploaded to.
Step 2 – The Speakers Agency supplies you with their recommendations who best match your requirements
One of our agents will review your brief and collate a list of recommended speakers. They will include their fee, an overview of their speaking topics and a link to their bio on our website so you can review them and their suitability for your event.
Step 3 – Booking confirmation
Once you have chosen your speaker, we will finalise the booking with you, liaising with all parties to make sure everything is in place for your event.
Step 4 – Scheduling a Briefing Call
Nearer to the time, if required, we can arrange for a maximum 30-minute briefing call with your chosen speaker. A briefing call enables both you and the speaker to discuss exactly how the event will run and what you and your audience would like to get out of the event specifically.
