The Last Business Advantage in the Age of AI? Workplace Culture
While leaders plan for AI to level the playing field of productivity and efficiency, the real competitive advantage might lie somewhere else – with workplace culture. With Microsoft describing the future of work as having ‘intelligence on tap’ business is quickly going to find that it’s not just the quality of their thinking that sets them apart – it’s the human layer that lies on top of it. Bruce explains how we should think about culture, how we should build it and how to create culture that genuinely differentiated.
