Sheree Murphy
Sheree Murphy is a British actress and TV presenter, best known for her role as Tricia Dingle in the ITV1 soap opera Emmerdale, who she played from 1998 until 2004. Since leaving the show she has also performed in other roles in a variety of programmes, and also turned her hand to presenting.

Following a six-year career break to bring up her family, Sheree Murphy appeared in The Royal before winning the part of Eva Strong in Hollyoaks. Her down to earth and likeable nature has secured her numerous TV opportunities and a diverse range of commercial endorsement campaigns including Pampers, Cow and Gate and the Christmas TV advertising campaign for Nintendo DS.
In 2005 the public fell in love with her genuine, accessible personality when she was voted runner up in ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!’ She presented ITV2’s coverage of the British Soap Awards in both 2005 and 2006 and went on to co-host the ITV2 spin-off shows for ‘Soapstar Superstar’ and ‘I’m a Celebrity’. Additional credits consist of various strands for This Morning, including a 3 week guest slot covering ‘I’m A Celebrity’ in 2007. Sheree was also a guest judge on GMTV’s Battle of the Brides in 2008.
Sheree married Australian footballer Harry Kewell in 2002, and together they have four children aged between 4 and 14.
In 2010 Sheree hosted GMTV’s Baby Lounge Club which looked at everyday issues that parents can face. She also joined the cast of Channel 4 Soap Hollyoaks playing Anita Roy’s long lost mother, Eva Strong. In addition she stepped in as a co-host for series 3 of the successful Channel 5 show ‘Cowboy Builders’. Sheree’s episodes rated so highly for the channel they commissioned a one off follow up show off the back of the series. In 2013, Sheree took part in the ever popular prime time ITV show All Star Family Fortunes. In summer 2013, Sheree also appeared on All Star Mr & Mrs with husband Harry and they went on to win £30,000 for their chosen charity.
In 2014 Sheree made her acting comeback in Australian soap, Neighbours, for a six-week guest stint playing a devious character and acquaintance of Paul Robinson, Dakota Davies. Sheree’s explosive finale episode reached over 1 million viewers. Sheree also partnered with McCain Foods in 2014 to find a star-studded scarecrow to feature exclusively in the brands sponsorship ahead of Emmerdale.
In 2015 Sheree returned to TV screens appearing on cookery competition, Celebrity Masterchef. Passionate about home cooking and family nutrition, Sheree performed brilliantly and impressed the judges throughout with her cooking knowledge and calm nature. Sheree made it through to the semi-finals beating off some strong competition along the way. Throughout 2015, Sheree also joined the Loose Women ladies as a guest panelist.
As a busy mother of four, Sheree was best placed to work with SMA Nutrition on their Come and Wean Us Campaign in the later stages of 2015. Sheree created six nutritional recipes and how-to cooking videos for the different stages of the weaning process.
