"Talking Menopause has brought a great light to a topic often dismissed. The session was really insightful. I love the concept of the "Negative Narrative", this really helps to break the stereotypes. Thank you for helping us on a journey to become a menopause confident business."

"It was fantastic to listen to, as me and a group of Head Office managers were informed about the impact of menopause. It was a huge help as we make every effort to be better informed so that our subsequent actions make a real difference to everyone working for Shoe Zone."

"Yet another fantastic session! It was made so relevant for our organisation and the challenges of our shift workers were really understood. I loved the "survive not thrive" ethos."
Avon and Somerset Constabulary
"One of the best training courses I've been on - I'm a male manager with a small female team so I appreciated increasing my knowledge. Rolling this out is essential especially within very male-dominated departments."
