About Sacha Romanovitch OBE

Sacha’s journey began with a degree in chemistry and an entrepreneurial venture at university. Her curiosity about the mechanics of business led her to qualify as an accountant, joining Grant Thornton, where she remained for over 25 years. Within a decade, she became a Partner and later the firm’s first board member responsible for People and Culture, cementing her reputation as a champion of talent development and organisational change.

As CEO, and now as one of the most sought-after keynote speakers, Sacha dismantled traditional barriers in professional services, advocating for shared enterprise and purpose-driven profit. She spearheaded initiatives to recruit talent based on potential rather than academic background, leading to greater diversity and a more dynamic workplace. Her progressive leadership earned her a place in the top 50 CEOs on Glassdoor’s index, just two spots behind Apple’s Tim Cook, with a 94% employee approval rating. Under her leadership, Grant Thornton received accolades including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise and a top ranking on the UK Social Mobility Index.

Now serving as CEO of Fair4All Finance, Sacha continues her mission to create a fairer and more inclusive economy, improving financial wellbeing for vulnerable individuals. She co-chairs the Inclusive Economy Partnership, a government initiative uniting business, society, and politics to tackle mental health, employment transition, and financial inclusion. Additionally, she sits on the board of London & Partners, collaborating with the Mayor of London’s office to promote the city internationally. She has also contributed to major reviews on diversity, social mobility, and the future of the auditing industry.

Sacha’s expertise in leadership, strategy, and cultural transformation makes her a compelling speaker for organisations seeking to drive meaningful change. With deep insights into people, business, and purpose-led leadership, she inspires audiences to build sustainable, future-ready enterprises that create real impact.
