Roger Frampton
Roger Frampton is a Movement Coach specialising in functional performance and the creator of the Frampton Method. Using his own revolutionary training techniques, Roger places emphasis on conscious movement. He combines bodyweight exercises with aspects of gymnastics and yoga to help us better understand the natural functionality of our bodies, with the aim of preventing pain and returning us to the fluid way we moved as children.
About Roger Frampton
Roger Frampton is the brains and voice behind the TED Talk, ‘Why Sitting Down Destroys You’, which has been viewed over 4 million times. He explores his theory that modern sedentary office life has created a myriad of problems for people’s strength and flexibility. With a loyal following of over 320k on Instagram, Roger’s techniques are tried and tested, making him the perfect choice for any speech or fitness and movement corporate workshop.
Roger Frampton believes that the fitness industry and its focus on punishing exercise routines does little to counteract the damage done by the sedentary way of life led by many people today. His two best-selling books, ‘The Flexible Body’ and ‘STRETCH’, offer mindful movement solutions to do at home.
The Frampton Method has been featured in; The Sunday Times, Grazia, Esquire, Elle, Men’s Health and GQ and Roger has appeared on Sky News & BBC Business.
Prior to qualifying as a Personal Trainer, Roger worked as an international model for over a decade appearing in ad campaigns for Ralph Lauren, Orlebar Brown, Aquascutum and Jack Wills.
