About Olly Smith

Olly’s accolades include being named International Wine and Spirits Communicator of the Year, as well as Drinks Writer of the Year in 2016 and 2017. He is a Great British Food Awards judge and serves as the UK ambassador for the Food is Great campaign to China.

Recognised by Debrett’s as one of the 500 most influential people in the UK, Olly is the celebrity Drinks Ambassador for the Ideal Home Show. He also leads the Three Wine Men events, bringing wine tasting experiences on tour across the country.

On television, Olly has presented “Ale Trails” for Food Network and Travel Channel, and his latest series with Warner Bros., “How Beer Changed the World,” takes viewers on a global journey through the history of beer.

As an accomplished author, Olly’s book, “Fizz – A Joyful Collection of Cocktails and Mocktails,” was published in May 2019, adding to his repertoire of celebrated works.

Olly’s influence extends to the high seas with his award-winning Glass House wine bars aboard P&O Cruises, featuring his meticulously curated wine selections. He also boasts a successful wine app and his own range of glassware.
