3 Steps to Create a Culture of Trust
‘If we do not trust one another, we are already defeated.’
In this powerful talk, Nikki tells her story and gives insight into the fears she had about losing her job, the stress it caused, and how, after pretending she was fine for too long, she had a stroke at 34.

She reveals the 3 steps it takes to build a culture of trust, safety, vulnerability, and authenticity which leads to improved mental health and wellbeing amongst colleagues, a reduction in stress-related leave, a more harmonious workplace environment and an increased sense of community.

Vulnerability + Leadership = Trust
‘We must take off our armour, put down our weapons, show up, and let ourselves be seen.’
In this workshop, Nikki provides practical tools to help stretch the muscle of vulnerability, enabling you to easily and comfortably tap into your own unique experiences so you can relate to your colleagues and employees on a personal and emotional level, creating a culture of trust.

Nikki provides tools and techniques to help you communicate with colleagues on a deeper level, creating a culture of trust, acceptance, openness and psychological safety.

After years of being conditioned to hide emotions, avoid personal chitchat and focus solely on the task and not the human behind it, this work is more important than ever as we see mental health amongst colleagues at an all time low.

True leadership takes courage, and there is nothing more courageous than vulnerability. If you want to effect positive change in your workplace and be a part of an effective mental health movement, then this workshop is for you.
