About Matt Perry
Forced to retire through injury, Matt wanted to find a way to impart his unique insight and knowledge of world-class team environments to others in business. He spent several years training as an executive coach delivering change management and performance coaching programmes for clients such as Visa Europe, Marks and Spencer and Nationwide. With extensive experience of working in the Fintech industry in the City, Matt has now spent as much time in high-performance business environments as in sports.
Alongside this he has also worked for Sky Sports and BT Sport as a rugby commentator.
Matt founded Transition 15 in 2015. He specialises in speaking about successfully navigating change through transition, drawing from his experience and sharing his insights in moving from sports to sustainable business ownership.
