Marianne Abib-Pech
Marianne Abib-Pech is a finance professional turned entrepreneur with a wealth of experience and knowledge in Finance and Business. Having trained with Arthur Andersen before joining General Electric, Marianne went on to become the Global CFO of Shell Aviation – a $20 billion turnover business, all before the age of 35.

Marianne Abib-Pech, after years in various leadership positions, left the corporate world to set up her own boutique advisory/investment firm which specialises in growth in Emerging Markets, specifically the Caspian Sea and Hospitality sector. She has first-hand experience of what it means to transform organisations and oneself, and inspires and energises her audiences looking to become the leader of their organisation, their business, or their life.
Marianne Abib-Pech has lived in 6 different countries and worked with more than 88 nationalities, always armed with the same objective: creating business value, while unlocking human capital for Finance communities, and ultimately for businesses.
