Fiona Lambert
Fiona Lambert, one of the UK’s leading businesswomen in fashion retail, is known for transforming brands. Pivoting at 60, she transformed herself to become an inspiring author and content creator.
About Fiona Lambert
Fiona Lambert is renowned as one of the UK’s leading businesswomen, Fiona has built a remarkable career spanning over 30 years in the fashion industry. She has held senior roles at Next, George at Asda (of which she was part of the inception next to the Founders George Davies), Dunelm, and River Island. She was most recently Managing Director of Jaeger at M&S, where she led its celebrated reinvention.
Responsible for dressing the nation for more than 30 years, Fiona is proud to be in a position now that allows her to pass her knowledge and expertise onto potential future stars of the fashion industry, coaching and mentoring young businesses. With dual passions: products and people, she has a reputation for transforming brands and developing teams and individuals.
She is currently President of The Twenty Club, a long standing exclusive members dining club with a 137 year history that bring C-suite executives for the Fashion and Lifestyle industries.
At 60, Fiona made a pivot using the same drive and energy that formed her successful career in fashion. She set herself the goal of getting into the best shape of her life, determined to break stereo-types of aging, to make 60 the beginning, not the beginning of the end. She became an author, writing Invincible not Invisible proving age is just a number and no barrier to reinvention. Her book shares her sustainable approach to mindset change gleaned from strategies and life coaching learned in business, supported by exercise, nutrition and styling.
With a rapidly growing social media profile and creating content on @fionalambertofficlal, Fiona has become a role model and advocate for ‘it’s never too late, and you are never too old.” She is constantly pushing boundaries and accepting new challenges to inspire others and fight agism.
