Charlotte Stirling-Reed is the author of Sunday Times Bestseller ‘How to Wean Your Baby.’ She has spent many years producing evidence-based online content for families which has resulted in her being the recipient of the award for Best Blog and Best Online Resource for Weaning Week 2020. She has supported thousands of mums, parents and families more broadly through the journeys of feeding and raising happy, healthy babies, toddlers and children.
Charlotte Stirling-Reed began her working life in the NHS after completing a degree in Nutrition and Human Biology for which she was awarded a first-class honours. Following this, she went on to obtain a postgraduate degree in Nutrition and Public Health from the University of Bristol.
Her expertise is highly sought after amongst both the media and celebrities alike. Charlotte has been quoted in Mother & Baby, Harper’s Bazaar, the Metro, the Guardian, The Telegraph, Women’s Health and many more.
