Bianca Best is a Human Connection expert, two-time bestselling author, 2025 Global Speaker of the Year and former global C-suite executive. She is the Founder and CEO of The Human Connection Company, a global movement and business advancing Human Connection as one of the defining capabilities of the twenty-first century.

Bianca’s authority has been shaped by more than 25 years at the intersection of technology, transformation, leadership and human behaviour.
