Anna began her TV career as a journalist on Channel 4’s iconic Big Breakfast, where her frank, down-to-earth style quickly set her apart. She went on to front the cult ITV series Love Bites, a groundbreaking sex and relationships show for teens that won awards in both the UK and the US and earned Anna an RTS Award nomination at just 26.

From there, Anna became a regular face on our screens, presenting a wide range of programmes for BBC and ITV, including the flagship entertainment series Big Screen, interviewing some of Hollywood’s biggest names. But her talents extend far beyond presenting: she is also a highly accomplished television producer, developing and creating some of the most successful formats of the last decade for major UK broadcasters.

A trusted and versatile broadcaster, Anna is equally at home hosting headline-grabbing factual entertainment such as Channel 4’s Naked Attraction, as she is fronting hard-hitting documentaries like Are You Autistic?. With a strong interest in wellbeing and lifestyle, she has authored two books on food and dieting, hosts multiple podcasts, and is a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist.

Anna is also the co-founder of Mindbox, a 24-hour online therapy centre providing accessible support for those struggling with stress and anxiety — a mission rooted in her own lived experience.
