Modern organisations require us to evolve, but few do it well. For this signature keynote, Amy will explore why this requires a movement of empathy for a sustainable and equitable future.

Using the Empathy in Action Framework she developed from nearly 20 years of experience leading change in organisations big and small, Amy will walk through the biggest learnings from her research and practice, using case studies to illustrate a pathway how we can launch empathy into action.
