About James Haskell

James Haskell has provided keynote speeches to some of the most reputable corporations including Investec, UBS, British Airways, Google and Mastercard to name but a few. His experiences working with some of the best coaches and trainers in the world, including Eddie Jones and Warren Gatland, have given James an international profile and global credibility within the world of rugby.

Biography

James Haskell is multi-talented to say the very least. In addition to being an elite athlete, he has worked as a brand ambassador, TV analyst, podcast host and acclaimed author. In fact, his latest book ‘What a Flanker,’ was the third highest selling sports book of 2020.

Since hanging up his rugby boots, James has presented Channel 4’s coverage for the Autumn Internationals and hosted his very own hit podcast ‘The Good, The Bad and the Rugby,’ with over 20 million streams per year. His other slightly less conventional passion is DJ’ing, and he has even gigged at venues such as The Ministry of Sound in Ibiza.

In recent years, James has appeared on reality shows such as I’m a Celebrity Get me out of Here, as well as panel shows such as A League of Their Own and Question of Sport.

He also stars in a weekly podcast comprised of England legends. The Good, The Bad & The Rugby is hosted by James Haskell and Mike Tindall, alongside noted broadcaster Alex Payne. It debuted at No. 1 in the Apple charts before releasing its first episode. Featuring some of the biggest names across rugby, as well as the wider sporting and pop-cultural realms, it has attracted a cult following due to its rare ability to draw in the core rugby fan while cutting through and engaging a wider audience too.
