About Fred Sirieix
Before becoming a familiar television personality, Fred built an outstanding career in luxury hospitality as General Manager of the Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows. Under his leadership, the restaurant received major industry recognition including the Catey Award for Hotel Restaurant Team of the Year and the AA Award for Food Service Excellence. Widely regarded as a “Service Guru” and “Service Jedi”, Fred has spent his career mastering the principles of outstanding customer experience and high-performance service culture.
Fred brings these lessons to the corporate world through entertaining and insightful talks on customer service, hospitality, teamwork, leadership and brand reputation. Drawing on real-world experience from elite hospitality environments, he explains how service excellence directly impacts customer loyalty, profitability and long-term business success.
