About Richard Etienne

Richard Etienne is an acclaimed communications leader, author and advocate for personality diversity in the workplace. A former official videographer for UK Prime Minister Theresa May and Britain’s late Queen, Richard brings a wealth of experience at the highest levels of government and business.

He is the founder of The Introvert Space, a consultancy dedicated to empowering introverts and helping organisations build inclusive environments where every personality type can thrive. Through workshops, training and strategic guidance, Richard equips teams and leaders with the tools to embrace diversity of thought and create cultures of belonging.

Richard has held senior roles including Global Director of Internal Communications at Elsevier, where he led efforts to align thousands of employees worldwide with the company’s mission and values. Alongside this, he has delivered masterclasses for introverted professionals in partnership with The Guardian and now with The Standard, continuing his mission to reshape workplace culture.

He is also the author of Self-Promotion for Introverts and the creator of TIMI, a practical management toolkit supporting introverts in leadership, visibility and career growth.
