About Helen Fospero
Helen is best known for her work as a presenter and correspondent on programmes including The One Show, GMTV, Watchdog, Sky News and Five News. During her broadcasting career she has anchored live rolling news, presented alongside Lorraine Kelly, reported from major entertainment events including the Oscars red carpet, and covered a wide range of news, lifestyle and current affairs stories.
Alongside her television work, Helen has built an extensive career as a corporate presenter and event host, working internationally for blue-chip organisations and live events across cities including Shanghai, Madrid, London and South Korea.
