About Will Greenwood

Will Greenwood MBE is one of England’s greatest ever rugby players and a key member of the 2003 World Cup–winning squad. With 55 caps and 31 tries, he remains the country’s second-highest scoring centre and a standout performer on the international stage. His career saw him represent Harlequins, Leicester Tigers and the British & Irish Lions, earning a reputation for intelligence, precision and unwavering determination.

After retiring from professional rugby, Will built an impressive second career in media and business. A popular analyst for Sky Sports and long-running columnist for the Daily Telegraph, he is admired for his sharp insight, humour and articulate commentary. His experience on HSBC’s trading floor—combined with elite sporting success—gives him a unique perspective on leadership, teamwork, resilience and high-performance culture.

Will co-founded SuperSkills Experiences (formerly Legend Holidays and Events), creating opportunities for young people and clients to learn from top sporting talent. He has also fronted Sky’s School of Hard Knocks and even spent time teaching maths at a Berkshire secondary school, reflecting his commitment to mentoring and personal development.

Engaging, witty and brilliantly relatable, Will is a natural storyteller who brings boardrooms, conferences and after-dinner audiences to life. His keynotes blend sporting triumph with business lessons, offering practical takeaways on mindset, marginal gains and performing under pressure. Widely considered one of the most compelling voices in rugby and corporate motivation, Will Greenwood continues to inspire audiences across the world.
