Previously, she served as Chief Scientist at Gild, where she applied machine learning to create more equitable hiring processes by predicting optimal candidates for tech jobs. She has also held a visiting scholar position at UC Berkeley’s Redwood Center for Theoretical Neuroscience, where she advanced research in cognitive neuroprosthetics, aiming to enhance human cognition through technology.
