About Seema Jaswal

Seema Jaswal is an award-winning sports broadcaster and presenter, best known for hosting major international football coverage across television and live events. A familiar face on ITV Sport and the BBC, Seema has presented coverage of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, international fixtures, tournament football and flagship programmes including Football Focus.

After graduating from Royal Holloway, University of London, Seema began her career as a BBC Sportsround correspondent before going on to establish herself as one of sport broadcasting’s leading presenters. Internationally, she has hosted the Indian Super League, FIFA events and live sports broadcasts seen by millions around the world.

Her work has earned recognition at the Asian Football Awards and Asian Media Awards, where she was named Sports Journalist of the Year in 2018.

Alongside her broadcasting work, Seema speaks on confidence, resilience, women in sport, representation and high-performance environments, sharing lessons from her journey through the world of elite sport and live television.
