Marian Evans

Marian Evans is an award-winning entrepreneur, property investor, executive coach and business leader who inspires audiences with her remarkable journey from a Welsh farming background to becoming a self-made multi-millionaire. She first came to wider public attention after purchasing her childhood dream property, Llansteffan Castle and Plas Farm, a story later featured in the S4C documentary series Teulu’r Castell.

Driven by an unwavering work ethic from an early age, Marian built a successful career in financial services, rising through the ranks at NFU Mutual before leading the Special Risks Division at Thomas Carroll. Along the way, she became one of the youngest professionals in the industry to achieve both Chartered Insurer and Chartered Broker status, while managing a £58 million book of business.

Today, Marian is the founder of Elevate Business Consultancy, a Forbes Business Council member, and a highly respected executive coach and facilitator who works with senior leaders across major organisations and government. A Fellow of both the Institute of Leadership & Management and the Chartered Management Institute, she has received numerous accolades, including Inspirational Woman of the Decade and Mentor of the Year.

Alongside her business success, Marian is a passionate advocate for wellbeing and high performance. Living with pernicious anaemia, she understands the importance of resilience, self-awareness and sustainable success. Through her speaking, coaching and leadership retreats at Llansteffan Castle, she challenges people to overcome self-imposed limitations, embrace ambitious goals and realise their full potential.
