Kirsty Gallacher has enjoyed a successful 20-year career anchoring Sky Sorts flagship show, Sky Sports News. During her time with the show, she has interviewed many sporting greats, including Anthony Joshua, Jordan Speith, and David Beckham.
Kirsty is equally adept at fronting entertainment formats, having featured alongside Ant and Dec on a number of series of ‘Saturday Night Takeaway’ for prime time ITV1. She also co-presented Sky One’s ‘Gladiators’ alongside Ian Wright, ‘The Games’ on Channel 4, and ‘The All Star Cup’ for ITV1/ITV2 . In addition, Kirsty had her own series for Sky One, ‘Kirsty’s Home Videos’, which aired for four years.
Kirsty is a sports enthusiast with a huge passion for health and fitness. October 2014 saw her launch her own sports clothing range with Very.co.uk, Activewear by Kirsty Gallacher. The collection is colourful, versatile and functional. Her extensive knowledge on health and well-being also saw her become the face of Wellwoman Supplements in 2014. Kirsty was a monthly columnist for ‘Your Fitness’ magazine, each month sharing her tips and advice with readers on a whole range of subjects from how to keep motivated when training, to eating the right foods.
Kirsty also reprised her role as co-presenter of the hugely popular ‘Soccer Aid’ alongside Dermot O’Leary – the charity football match which pits celebrities against legendary footballers on ITV1.
