Jimmy McLoughlin is the host of “Jimmy’s Jobs of the Future”, one of the UK’s top business podcasts. He is a former Special Adviser to Prime Ministers Theresa May and Boris Johnson, focusing on business, technology, and entrepreneurship. Jimmy’s podcast explores the future of work and the economy through interviews with leading entrepreneurs and innovators. He is recognised as being in the top 0.5% of podcasters globally, having interviewed notable figures such as Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

In 2024, Jimmy was appointed to The King’s Awards for Enterprise Advisory panel and received an OBE for his services. He previously served as Head of External Affairs at the Institute of Directors and held positions at PR firms Fleishman-Hillard and Bell Pottinger. Jimmy is a frequent speaker on topics including politics, the future of work,  entrepreneurship, and AI.

He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Birmingham and continues to provide insights on the evolving landscape of business, technology, and employment through his various platforms and engagements.
