About Jenny Campbell
Born into a business-oriented family, Jenny’s career began at 16 when she joined a bank, quickly advancing and earning a Chartered Institute of Bankers prize by 23. Her three-decade banking career culminated in a pivotal role in the integration of NatWest into the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Seeking new challenges, Jenny left banking to revive Hanco ATM Systems, a failing cash machine business.
In 2006, as Director of Operations at Hanco, Jenny executed a major operational restructure, transforming the company into a profitable entity. Amidst the financial crisis, she saw potential in the business and led a management buyout in 2010, rebranding it as YourCash Europe. Under her leadership, YourCash expanded across Europe, processing billions in cash transactions.
In 2013, Jenny completed a secondary buyout to become the majority shareholder, driving the company to further success until its sale in 2016 to a US firm listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Her experience and insights were further showcased on Dragons’ Den, where she invested in 12 businesses across two series.
Outside of her professional achievements, Jenny is married with two grown sons, one of whom owns the successful restaurant chain Kricket, and the other runs a housing development company. In her leisure time, she breeds and shows Flat Coated Retrievers under the kennel name RONEVORG and is an accredited breed judge. Jenny’s story is one of perseverance, strategic innovation, and a commitment to excellence, making her a sought-after speaker for events worldwide.
