After surviving a life-threatening illness, Claire went on to found Scrubbys Crisps, a multi-award-winning healthy snacking brand, taking it from a kitchen-table idea to an internationally recognised FMCG product range. Her journey through the highly competitive world of fast-moving consumer goods, spanning brandbuilding, sales, marketing and strategy, give her deep, hard-earned commercial insight. She later pitched the business on Dragons’ Den, further cementing her reputation as a credible and resilient entrepreneur.
Today, Claire brings this lived business experience to the stage with warmth, honesty and infectious energy. She speaks not only as a founder and commercial leader, but also as a woman, wife and mother of three, sharing powerful lessons on resilience, confidence and growth that resonate across industries and seniority levels.
