Carrie and David Grant

David has achieved 14 hit records, received two Brit Award nominations, and was awarded an MBE in 2019 for services to music. Carrie is a reporter for BBC One’s The One Show and co-hosts the Saturday Breakfast Show on BBC Radio London alongside David. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Arts from the University of Bedfordshire in 2018 and an MBE in 2020 for services to Music, Media and Charity.

Parents to four children, Carrie and David are passionate advocates for adoption, autism, ADHD, invisible disability and inclusion, bringing lived experience and authenticity to their campaigning work.

As elite vocal and leadership coaches, they have worked with global executives for over 23 years, specialising in change management, communication, team cohesion and personal leadership presence. Their work began at Hult Ashridge Executive Education, Europe’s leading management training centre, and has expanded internationally across business training, keynote speaking and corporate entertainment.

Using music as a powerful metaphor for leadership, they explore resilience in ambiguity, attitudes to change, communicating vision, and leading with passion and authenticity. Their approach reminds organisations that sustainable performance comes when people are valued as “human beings, not human doings.”

They have delivered sessions to audiences ranging from 8 to 6,000 delegates and worked with organisations including the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, The Home Office, BBC Worldwide, KPMG, Orange and Old Mutual.
