Anisa Morridadi is a Partner at Lunar Agency and the Founder and Chair of Beatfreeks, an insight and strategy agency that builds relentlessly relevant brands. She transitioned from CEO to Executive Chair of Beatfreeks in 2022 after founding the company in 2013.

She is an award-winning social entrepreneur, sought-after speaker, coach, and accomplished non-executive advisor across multiple sectors. Anisa builds purpose-driven companies and leaders, challenging how things are done.

She has held various leadership roles, including Non-Executive Director at Clore Leadership and committee member for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Anisa founded We Don’t Settle in 2022 and runs her own consultancy, Anisa Morridadi Ltd, offering speaking, advisory, and coaching services.
